When I put my child-??s car set in the middle, or anyone sitting in my back middle seat the person sitting on the left hand side can not buckle there seat belt because the way that the buckles are put in it has to cross over the buckle for the middle seat. I brought it to the dealership they said there is nothing they can do to fix it that-??s how all the models are made. It-??s not safe and not convenient. I only realized this recently when I had my most recent child and actually needed to use all 3 seats with car seats.
When buckling my 3 kids in this newly purchased car I noticed the middle seat belt latch and the driver side passenger latches are flipped which results in seatbelts crisscrossing when both buckled. This means this supposedly -€œ5 seater-€ car cannot safely buckle each seat making it a 4 seater car. Problem can be fixed if the belt buckles are flipped around.
