This is the second time this has happened to me with the same problem. I was left stranded two days before Christmas on 12-23, 2025, with no way to get this car to Honda to be checked. It was towed to Honda on 12-26, 2025 and is still at Honda. No calls with updates on this vehicle, at this point.
Called Honda service and talked with the person who answered the phone, and she was no help at all. She told me she would send my complaint to a higher person and they will be in touch within a week, and there is nothing they could do because my warranty will be up at 60,000 miles. I'm asking for Honda's help with this because I shouldn't be having this type of problem this early in the games with this car. I was also told by this young lady I would have to buy extra warranty.
