I get oil changes at the recommended intervals and EVERY time I go I have to sign off on a warning that my Oil level was dangerously low. After getting so many of those, I started to purchase giant things of oil to keep in the back of the van to top it off in between oil changes. I would drive for a few weeks and check it, (I commute to work about 60 miles round trip) and it was barely covering the bottom of the dipstick. I go through oil like crazy, so much so that I joke with my husband that there's no need to go get oil changes anymore since the amount we put in gives the van all new oil! lol
I wish I knew how to fix this myself but honestly I just haven't had enough time to give it a "Goog" to problem solve it. So today is that day...Goog given and brought me to this site.
