Purchased 2016 EXL with 18000+ mileage. 2nd day of purchase, the steering wheel felt loose when driving especially on a freeway to the point it was a joke when making a turn. Took the car to the service center and came back the next day with no problem with the car. I did not feel safe driving it so I wanted to check with other car. Tested brand new 2017 EXL, it was totally different feeling ie the steering wheel was fine.
The car never had into an accident but def. something is not right. We returned the car 3 days later!
