when I bought the car we were having problems with the key. the dealer assured us that it would fine, which it did not, it continued. we have other vehicles we use so tried calling dealer to no avail. Now I have emailed hyundia gene messer vehicle maintenance and have not received any response. I haven't been able to drive the vehicle for over a month very frustrating to be making payments on something I cant use. someone please help me
