Seems that Hyundai is going to just say that the airbags not deploying and seat belt pre-tensioner not coming into effect are just the way the vehicle is supposed to work. If neither of those safety features are supposed to do anything for a vehicle that looks like this then when do they actually deploy!?
Seems like they gave me a pretty BS response saying there are many factors contributing to why none of the safety features worked and that it's just as intended. My next car definitely won't by a Hyundai that's for sure.
