MY VEHICEL IS LEMON CAR. I buy Hyundai Elantra 2019 in June 2019 by Malloy Hyundai in Woodbridge. VA. I had in first year by second oil change on 13 August. check engine light come on and oil was leaking. My car go off. I start it after multiple try. I took to the dealership they say it is misfire Cylinder and ignition coil. they replace Part and fix it.

On October 28, 2019 car trunk water leak and was damage around Taillight strip was damage was coming water in my trunk first they replace whole Assembly and was still leaking after many Visit the dealer ship find the problem and was fix on Dec.12.2019. On November 25, 2019 Dealership perform recall 90C042R0 ECM software (19-01-027H) update. What was the update I can assume I had problem all the time Engine Misfire and check engine light come on all the time in 2019 when I bought the car.

On October 30 2019 I had again Check Engine Light come on the dealership Malloy replace again Coils and Spark Plugs. ON Jan 01 2020 Malloy Hyundai sell the dealership to the Koon and I had all the service done in the same dealership on my Hyundai Elantra 2019. I drive my car during the pandemic less. I had Oil Leak under my engine on July 21 2020 Koon Hyundai dealership, Woodbridge, VA told me it was leak drain plug washer they fix it. In June Hyundai America to performed recall Engine Vibration inspection, number 203 Atkinson engine ins. (21-01-054H) was done on Sept.29 2021.

I took my car back to Koons Hyundai Woodbridge on 04th December, 2021 for Oil Change and I ask them, They can check recall software update if any do on same day. After my oil change the try to update the ECM software for ECM S/W UPD OBD-II FUEL SYS (21-01-064H) THREE TIME AND damage my ECM. The dealership supervisor and manager told my car need new ECM and they order. They expect the Part on 08 December 2021. I call dealership on 28th December, on Wednesday they told me they don't have part I have wait till 27th December, 2021 I visit the dealership 27th they still don't have the ECM they told it is back order I have to wait till 4 January 2022. I call on 6th January they told they have problem with Hyundai warehouse they don't tell them when the part is available.

I contact also in December 2021 Hyundai America customer case management for my part and have all the time send email and Telephone call they told me I have to wait till the parts arrive. It is about more than 30 days my car is in dealership. Dealer give me one dealership loaner car but its not help me. My car not get fix because of the Part and there is unknown when the part arrive. its might take one year. I loosing Warranty time, Value of the car, Insurance premium, registration, paid taxes. I had lien on this car about 5000 $ and almost paid too on this car from Hyundai Finance that I have to pay every 148.07 $. I need new car but prices of any car this year so high I can not afford and do not no If I buy other car that has no problem. Please help any one know how to solve this problem.
