On three separate occasions, upon shifting the car into park, with the proximity key within 3-4 feet of the car, the engine shut off. On each occasion the car was restarted with no apparent problem.
When I try to start my car, the steering wheel and break pedal are locked. When I press the brake and push the start button nothing happens. The battery is charged and there is no corrosion on the cables.
I just received a notice by going to consumer reports that vehicle was recalled" never received anything. Also, car is newly leased and has an oil change sticker that says: Change oil by 5/29/19 " what, this dealer here has also been reported for consumer protection act here in melbourne fl. Nissan of melbourne. I am ignored when I call, or asked to leave by the general manager that is really obnoxious.
