Had multiple trips to the mechanic for an apparent unresolvable issue with the braking system-- it could never be aligned properly--requiring frequently (every 3-6 months) alignments. It would cause the vehicle to shake and make noises as if it were metal on metal grinding.

We've had the brakes done twice and they have never been able to fix the shaking. They say there is nothing wrong with the front end or the brakes, that it's just a problem with this make and model of van. There should be a reason for this shaking and it makes you feel unsafe.
