I own a 2002 Nissan Sentra and at a routine oil change I was informed that the plastic handle on my oil dipstick broke off and the dipstick is stuck down in the tube. The dealer wants $350 to remove it. I understand that this is a very common problem and that it could cause more serious problems.
The plastic handle on the oil dipstick is broken. I have searched for a solution on the internet and found that this is a very common problem with Nissan Sentra. Mine is a 2002 Sentra gxe.
Paint problems... excessive paint chipping (front bumper) and surface rust after 1 year of owning car! dealer refuses to repaint damaged panels. Though openly admits to Nissan paint problems!
