I WENT TO NISSAN OF RICHMOND BECAUSE THE CAR DID NOT START UP IN THE MORNING AFTER 6 TO 7 TIMES. ONCE IT WARMS UP, IT RUNS GREAT, BUT WHEN IT'S SETTLED DOWN FOR THE WHOLE NIGHT IT IS HARD TO START THE CAR IN THE MORNING. THEY REPLACED THE TRANSMISSION UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY AND CHARGED ME $600 FOR ENGINE MOUNT BECAUSE THE TRANSMISSION FAILED INTERNALLY. THEN A WEEK AFTER I SEND IT BACK THEY CHANGE SPARK PLUGS, FUEL PUMP, CHARGE ME $1000, THEN THE PROBLEM'S STILL THERE. I SEND THE CAR AGAIN, THEY SAID IT MAY NEED TO REPLACE THE THROTTLE BODY AND ECM WHICH IS GOING TO COST ME $ 1500 AND AFTER THAT IF THE PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED THEY HAVE TO GO CHECK FOR ANOTHER ISSUE.

THIS IS HOW THE DEALER FIX THEIR CARS.

THIS CAR, I BOUGHT IT A MONTH AGO FROM A PRIVATE PARTY WHICH HE GOT IT FROM NISSAN OF RICHMOND A YEAR AGO AND HE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE CAR AND HE SEND IT TO THEM ON MARCH 2015 AND THEY REPROGRAMMED THE KEY CHIP FOR HIM BUT THE CAR HAVE THE SAME START UP PROBLEM, AND I THINK THEIR GREAT TECHNICIANS STILL DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM IS.

NOW I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO, I PAY $5000 FOR THIS CAR + $1500 FOR REPAIRS AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.

I bought my new 2009 Nissan Sentra July 23rd 2009 from "GATINEAU NISSAN". Approximately three weeks later I started to have problems with the car not starting. Ten different times I have been stranded night and day all over the city. As of the 14th October 2009 it has been in the Nissan Service Center four separate times (33 days and counting) for the same problem. They try different things but they still don't have a clue whats wrong. I contacted Nissan Canada Customer Service but they said it's not their problem; "lots of help they were". Then I find out that the Nissan Service Center where I bought the car had to replace the PDM when they got the vehicle because the car would not start. So they sold me a problem car without telling me. I'm not to sure what my legal rights are so if anyone has a solution to my problem please contact me.
