The contact owns a 2007 Acura TL. The contact attempted to start the vehicle but to no avail. The battery had failed. The battery was replaced. Two years later, the failure recurred. The dealer replaced the battery. There were no prior warnings of the failure. The failure mileage was 8,000 and the current mileage was 25,000.
