I had to avoid a disabled truck on the road. I swerved left then back right causing the 97 blazer to roll twice. My body was ejected through the passenger side window and into a brick retaining wall. THE AIRBAG NEVER DEPLOYED EVEN WITH FRONT END DAMAGE WHICH SHOULD HAVE CERTAINLY DEPLOYED THE AIRBAG. I am now severely injured and suffering even at this moment. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY A GM VEHICLE AGAIN AS I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CONFIDENCE IN THEIR SO CALLED SAFETY AIRBAG DEPLOYMENT FEATURE. You suck GM!!!!!!! I now have no vehicle now and cant afford another. I kept that blazer in mint condition with only 75,856 original miles and may not walk pain free the rest of my life. I even have to quit my job of 30 plus years. I expected the airbag to deploy as a fail safe option no matter if i was or was not wearing a seat belt or not!
