Whenever the car is started in the morning (1st time for the day) the cooling maximum fan clutch is engaged and it makes a load noise. However, whenever the AC is used and then I come to a stop, upon starting again the noise is so load that we cannot hear the radio or even talk to each other for about 20-30 seconds. Outside the car people look as though they think the SUV is going to explode. I have had the fan clutch replaced twice without and difference. I have complained to the local dealer and have been told that this is common and there is really no fix. I have two neighbors that have the same vehicle (different years) and they have the same complaint. I feel this is absurd that nothing can be done or that there has not been a recall to fix the problem.
