So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
The front hub assemblies are both in need of replacement, but they cannot be purchased anywhere in our area, except at dealerships for 3 times the auto cash and carry stores. We feel that the year and miles on the Blazer are not consistant with having the bearings go bad...on both sides. Chevrolet is of no help to us. This is the third major repair to the vehicle since we purchased it. Two days after purchase the service light came on, and stayed on. That was secondary air pump failure, and cost $241.51 to repair. Two days later it was back on. We also had to replace severly pitted rotors within the first 4 months of ownership. Any help with these hub assemblies would be greatly appreciated. We feel we have purchased a "lemon" and heinrich motors is of absolutely no help in resolving the matter.
