Windshield in upper right corner was leaking every time it rained in on the dash. I replaced the seal on top without taking out window and using a silicone to fill the groove. The body is still and rides rough. Factory with no modifications. Front window has no room to flex with the body. Standard factory seal just kept breaking loose causing a leak around the trim of the windshield leaking inside and down on the electrical system. Not sure what a major short would have done from being wet. We never drive the vehicle much so it never got put to the test under rainy conditions driving. This is just a temporary fix because even with a flexible seal it still breaks loose after 2500 miles since it leaked when I 1st got it then recently and may be leaking again. Installing new windshield does not fix the problem.
