Customer Satisfaction Program - Certain vehicles, equipped with 4 Cyl gas engines, may have incorrect instructions in the owner?s manual for Dinghy and Dolly Towing. Instructions should include disconnecting the negative battery cable when towing their vehicle. If not disconnected, the electronic brake control module may remain awake which could lead to draining the vehicle battery while being towed and the electronic stability control (ESC) may activate brakes under specific operation conditions while the vehicle is being towed. Dealers are to print and insert revised owner manual page(s) included with this bulletin.
