The problem you have is with almost all GM products in this year range. I bought 2004 Impala which had problems with the cluster. Only the speedometer read correctly. I was looking for harness problems along with anything else you can imagine After some research, I found there is a revised design on the meter movements. The old design is going to fail, just when is the question The new stepper motors which drive the gauges need to be the "updated X25 168" units. There are a number of folks on ebay that sell either the service, or the steppers. My repaired cluster was under $100 including shipping. If you would like to replace the steppers yourself, the repair itself seems pretty easy. You need a soldering iron and a couple of hours. The cluster was quite easy to remove and reinstall. I hope this helps. GM should have accepted the blame. There are millions of cars out there with this faulty design. Ron
