I purchased my 2015 3500 Silverado LTZ from Ron Tonkin Chevrolet in Portland Oregon. My second time of reporting my auto fold mirror dented my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 LTZ door. 1st time it was on the passenger door, now it has happened on my drivers door and it broke the plastic on the mirror slide. I was told it was user error. Not an issue because it was designed to not touch the door. This is the second time it happened to my truck and I am absolutely sure that it is a fault with my truck.
I submitted my complaint in April and was not contacted in July when a decision was made. I am extremely upset about it, nobody shells out this kind of cash and doesn't care about dents from malfunctioning OEM mirrors.
