The contact stated that the instrument panel failed to function properly while attempting to activate the windshield wiper. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that the fuse block had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.
