The emergency brakes on the car will not hold on even a slight grade. They have been adjusted multiple times, and recently I authorized re-lining the emergency brakes. I was told only one side was worn the other was like new, I have been told by the technicians that the design if faulty. Only the automatic transmission park setting keeps my car from rolling down the hill. I'm not sure if this is a safety issue that would be addressed by nhtsb, but I wanted to log the complaint.
