Rear HVAC coolant lines (2) were severed causing coolant loss. Manufacturing defect involving frame mounted HVAC lines that pass against a frame member junction. The lines were pressed hard against the frame member junction which eventually ends up slicing the HVAC lines. When repaired, Chevrolet routed new HVAC coolant lines away from all safe points.
