I started the truck and put it into reverse in my driveway. Immediately notice the Side Blind Zone Alert light on the driver's side flashing as if there was a vehicle beside me (there was nothing beside me). I stopped backing up and put the vehicle into Park. Light stayed on and then the "Service Side Blind Zone Alert Soon" notice appeared in the Driver Information Center. I turned the vehicle off and then restarted it and the light did not come back on. I'm starting to wonder if I have a vehicle with electrical issues. Annoying.
Update from Dec 31, 2016: Another electronic issue that was related to a short in the courtesy light module. Light module was replaced under warranty by the dealer and no more problems.
