Last October we had hard rains and water leaked through satellite antenna and had interior headliner, pillar and visor of suburban wet. Dealer fixed by replacing antenna.

At the beginning of the year for several months, every 2 weeks, OnStar would call me telling me that theft deterrent alarm was activated when in fact it never was. Dash did indicate theft deterrent system was activated and alarm never was audible.

April 4, 2019 on way out of town, suburban would not lock or unlock with remotes. I locked Suburban manually and used insert key to open and alarm was activate. After alarm stopped, Suburban would not start.

I called dealer and they said probably low or dead battery. I got a jump start on battery and drove to dealer, on way there TPMS went out and showed lines. Got to dealer and they said suburban battery was very low so they replaced it. After leaving dealer still planning to leave town, TPMS showed lines. I pulled over to check tire pressure and tires were fine. Keyless remote would not lock or unlock Suburban. I drove back to dealer and it has been there for 3 weeks now.

They have replaced BCU, rdlr module and other modules as well, cleared out and reprogrammed everything and still no luck. Today they are replacing satellite antenna.

I've contacted Chevrolet owners assistance to see if anyone else has had this issue. They have escalated this issue. I've asked dealership to check all fuses and they claim they have. They said they are following Chevy protocol and are doing everything a step at a time, but 3 weeks?

Anyone out there have any ideas or answers?
