I purchased this 2018 Chevy Suburban in November of 2018 and within months I had been locked out of my vehicle with the keys inside.
I have had this problem fixed under manufacturer's warranty and extended warranty 3 or 4 different times and again had the same problem.
I am sure that this is the final straw. I have had had 3 suburban's and 1 GMC Denali. I have maintained excellent maintenance. NONE of these have made it up to 150,000 miles. VERY UPSETTING and a SAD SITUATION. Every time you take it into the dealer they make it sound like its my fault!!!! FRUSTRATING.
This is besides the other issues I have had with this nightmare. 2 replaced radios, speakers, and an INFOCENTER.
THIS is a poor excuse of a vehicle.
