Steering Wheel Audio Controls Not Working Properly
2015 Chrysler 200
This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Chrysler dealer.
CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2015 Chrysler 200 carries the torch of "never buy the 1st year of a new vehicle generation" with pride.
The 2015 model year is the first year of the Chrysler 200's 2nd generation. It has been plagued by problems from the start. Transmission failure at extremely low mileage, many recalls, problems stalling while driving... the list goes on. Maybe Chrysler should have stuck with the 1st generation.

The rear mounted steering control, to switch to the next preset works completely, about 25% of the time. Normally, when I hit the button to go to the next preset, it either jumps four presets up or it just jumps to some random station. Since I have Satellite radio, this becomes a real issue because there is such a broad range of numbers for the stations themselves. So if my presets go from stations, 50 to 2 to 340 if I'm at station 2, it will randomly go to station lets say 15 when I hit the preset button to go from 2 to 340. I rarely can go through all my presets without it restarting at the first preset. The car is currently at the dealer; however, they called me yesterday to say they don't know what is wrong with the radio and that they called Chrysler corporate and were waiting for a response back.
