Since the car was about 2 years old, the Uconnect audio/video system has been faulty. It shuts off during use for no reason then reboots. This has caused me to lose my map when I have been following directions as well as being a constant nuisance.
This happens both when I have auxiliary items connected (phone) and when there is nothing connected to the system.
It was not an item that was under warranty at the time the problem started occurring so I have never had it fixed. It is very frustrating
