The dodge dealership replace upper & lower ball joints. Fact is the ball joints have been replaced 4x, last time was around 88,000 miles. Replaced u-joints, most of steering linkage and bushings, stabilizer shock and numerous alignments. Total cost so far is approx. $4,000.00 and problem still exists. Dealership solution is to trade in. They say it is normal for that many ball joints replaced. I disagree and had some choice words for them which I will not use here. Truck is not abused with lots of off road and do not snow plow. mileage around 104,000 now and still a royal pain in butt. Come On Dodge, Whats up this?
