2 days after purchasing vehicle we went on a road trip but before I left kids were complaining it was too hot in rear seat, and asking where were the ac vents. I called dealer and she couldn't tell me where, so she asked me to come to dealer so she can look. Drove and was told "this car doesn't have rear seat vents in vehicle.. great, NOT.. why not it's a 2016 new car no vents for ac in this heat. RIDONCULOUS FORD ,GET IT TOGETHER..
