For the longest time it worked, then all of a sudden it quit working. What happened was I pushed the CD button and the error message "NO CD" popped up on the radio screen. The photo is of me taking it apart to get the CD's I had in there out...which I did successfully. If anybody has an Explorer Eddie Bauer that has had this problem welcome to the club.
