Vehicle was running, left in park, and gear slipped/vehicle rolled down hill. Resulting in $12000 damage. Consumer was not in vehicle at the time. Emergency brake not used. The vehicle was unsafe due to unkown defects. The exact cause of the roll over incident was not determined.
