2022 Ford Explorer
TSB Document:
Affected Component: SEATS
- Summary
- Some 2022 Explorer/Aviator vehicles may exhibit an intermittent passenger seat massage function with no diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs). This may be due to the software and configuration of the seat control module G (SCMG) and seat control module H (SCMH). To correct the condition, download and run the SCMG and SCMH software update application using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). For claiming, use causal part 14F548 and applicable labor times found in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
