Well I noticed that the rattling noise was getting louder so now Im afraid to drive it. When I Google it online I keep getting heat shields coming loose, pulleys etc/ I'm not sure it its the power steering pump. My dad thinks its another pulley since we already replaced one and as a matter of fact that pulley didn't need replacing. When we turned the car on,it still made that rattling noise. Rattling noise occurs when you turn on the car and idle and you can hear it when your driving at low speeds. It is definitely annoying and embarrassing. If anyone else has had this problem, let me know what the rattling noise was. Now we are going to have to take it to the Ford house to have it diagnosed. Grr......Yeah a week before Thanksgiving. :(
