My husband and I have had horrible luck with vehicles; we finally broke down and decided to buy a new car. We decided on a ford focus and were pleased with our decision until now. This is the newest car we have ever owned. Our cars and trucks are usually older than us and have rolled over the odometer countless times and yes we have had to make minor repairs but never an alternator. Even if we would have had to it would be understandable due to the age. The only reason we decided to buy new is to get away from repair bills. My husband is stranded on the side of a dark country road as I write this because the alternator on our BRAND NEW CAR decided to take a big old crap on us. Not to mention he was on his way to work and will lose pay because he couldn't call two hours in advance. This is completely unacceptable!!!! Ford WILL fix this problem permanently or they will make me a millionaire. I am done being idfghous up the kjdcdh when it comes to cars and car salesmen and big companies! I have read the abundance of complaints about this same problem and yet nothing has been done to remedy it. I will picket, I will annoy, I will call to complain every hour every day, I will contact news stations, write letters to newspapers, This--- ends---- NOW!
