The contact owns a 2006 Honda CRV. The contact stated that while utilizing the manufacturer's jack to rotate the tires, the jack became twisted and collapsed, causing the vehicle to fall on the supporting blocks that were placed under the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and they jack replaced. The approximate failure and current mileage was 113,000. Updated 11/14/12 the consumer stated the vehicle was on a level driveway. He believed the jack was faulty and it was not properly heat treated. Updated 11/15/12
