I own a 2006 Honda CR-V and the driverside low beam headlight bulb keeps burning out. I didn't do the work myself I had a mechanic do it and he doesn't know what's up.

2006 Honda CRV came with a british dashboard, cannot read instrument panel. Instrument panel lights only come on when its dark but turn off with any kind of light. The consumer was told the vehicle could not be altered to us specifications.
