My air conditioning went out in early summer 2020. I had it fixed (compressor replaced, system completely bled out and refilled). Less than a year later, that compressor went out. Now I have no air conditioning in the summer! Supposedly, this is a notorious problem with these!

You say hear we can go off like its just another complaint. I was told on Saturday that it was a recall on this if I was under 100.000 miles when I spoke to the first worker at Honda on yonkers ave in yonkers he was very nasty then the super visor came over and said to the worker go away I will help this young lady he then said yes come in and see if you qualify I went in with him and spoke to a lady at the desk name Michelle she was not pleasant she asked for the information on the car I gave it to her but before I gave her the mileages she said if you are one point over you don't qualify for there recall I went back to the car with the mechanic he checked it and said you qualify come back inside she told me to come Monday morning I did and spoke with a man name Audrey he said I would have to pay 172.00 for them to check it even though it is a recall on it I said why I was not told that on sat it is a recall for your error why do I have to pay. He said just for us to put it on the diagnostic machine you must pay I said that is not what Michelle said he said it did not matter what she said you still have to pay. If the magnet to the compressor is a recall why must I pay. I love Honda cars but the service is terrible once you purchase the car. If someone from the complaint department wants to reach me I am in your computer I can be reached by phone or mail.
