CR-V ES

  • Automatic transmission
  • 55,000 miles

A month back the TPMS light came on. The dealership said that the sensor must be replaced on the Right front . Did that...

Now the light came on again. This time the dealer tells me 2 more sensors have gone bad. No other option but to replace them. Car has 57K miles on it now and this is getting expensive.

While the TPMS system is a nice to have ( keeps you from manually checking tires frequently and there are more benefits too) there is a price to the convenience.

Is this an expected repair item at said miles/age ?
