Rear Hatch Lower Panel Loose On Driver Side

Honda has tried to fix this delayed acceleration with a software update, but many owners report it didn't fix the problem.

This defect trend is not quite bad enough yet for us to slap on the "Beware of the Clunker" seal. But it's a concern & definitely something to keep in mind for a test drive.

This was a first and only problem I have had with my beloved CRV. An odd and surprising thing to fail: a plastic body panel attachment screw. No problem - I used epoxy to re-affix the driver side rear hatch lower body panel. So far, the car has been otherwise trouble-free.
