The contact owns a 2007 Honda Odyssey. On March 10, 2008, the contact noticed the middle row seats were missing. The dealer stated they would install the missing seat. They installed the seat however; they did not include the seat belts. The dealer refused to install seat belts for that seat. The failure mileage was 200 and current mileage was 700.
