Consumer hit another vehicle head on, resulting in major front end damage. Upon impact, both air bags did not deploy. Driver sustained injuries vehicle was towed and totaled........
While traveling approximately 8 mph in a parking lotvehicle lost power and would not accelerate. Vehicle had to be pushed into a parking space only to find the brake system was not functioning. Dealership has examined vehicle and determined that transaxle assembly had failed and caused this problem. Please provide any additional information / documentation.
Was driving approximately 35mph & started to apply brakes. Had no brakes & rearended another vehicle at stop light. Upon impact with other vehicle, air bags failed to deploy. Also, pretensioner in the seat belts failed to restrain driver whose head hit windshield. Driver was hospitalized.
