CarComplaints.com Notes: On August 16th, 2012 Jeep stopped production of the the Jeep Liberty, marking the end of a troublesome journey for the SUV.

All in all, the 2012 Liberty actually excels off-road, but since 99% of drivers never take this thing off pavement, that becomes somewhat of a moot point. The Liberty suffers from the worst fuel economy in its class (16/22 MPG) and offers an uncomfortable ride with suspect braking ability.

My 2012 Jeep Liberty started leaking from the sunroof, first during car washing, and now during minor rain. There are horrible stains on the inner roof of my car, and I am concerned there will be damage to the electrical if I can't get it fixed. I already tried cleaning our the tray and drain tubes. One tube has a slow drain. I poured hot soapy water down and also stuck down a plastic rope (from a weed wacker) but it is still draining very slowly. Any suggestions? Can I join in on the lawsuit?
