While driving at 25 mph, the consumer crashed the vehicle and both air bags deployed. Affects from the air bag deployment caused 60% loss of hearing. Dealer notified.
Consumer was rearended by a SUV traveling at approximately 50 to 60 mph, and forced into a vehicle ahead of it. Airbags failed to deploy. Please provide any additional information/attachments.
Consumer was sitting at a light & was hit from behind. Rear bumper was pushed in the back seat. Airbags didn't deploy & the seatbelt didn't lock. Consumer sustained facial & dental injuries. Manufacturer had an inspector to look at vehicle & found seatbelt & airbag in good working order.
