CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2013 has a growing number of transmission complaints at low mileage. The issue is part of a class-action lawsuit that says the transmissions shake violently during acceleration between 15mph and 30mph.
I bought mine in December 2012, mileage was never as in the sticker (21-26) only 19 and 22. After fixing the CVT issue by reprograming the computer, mileage went down to 17 in city (never tried in hwy.)
Dealer did not find a problem as computer did not registered a problem.
