The contact owns a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. The contact stated that the front driver-€™s side seat warmer stopped functioning. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing and the contact was informed that the harness connector on the climate-controlled seat control unit needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that the vehicle was out of warranty and that the contact had to pay out of pocket for the repair. The failure mileage was 104,000.
