The 2013 4 runner, non 3rd row option limited. This vehicle back row has a recline option, the 60% side of the seat does not secure safely. If you shake the seat, there is alot of play to the seat. This has to be a manufacture defect or design flaw in the seat. No way to safely put a car seat on this side IMO. Hendrick toyota of apex has not been helpful to this point. If you have this vehicle, please check your back seat to see how much play it has. Still waiting for a fix from toyota on this problem
