It's out of warranty. The engine was not abused.
Toyota was no help. Estimations for a replacement used engine was around $15,000.
These new Toyotas don't measure up to the good old reputations they once had...
This 4 runner now cost us close to 70,000 and only has 114,000k miles... Thanks, Toyota.
