The contact owns a 2014 Ford Escape. While driving 10 mph, the vehicle stalled without warning. In addition, the hood unlatched independently and fractured the windshield of the vehicle. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 73,000.
