The contact owns a 2013 Ford Focus. The contact stated while the vehicle was stationary, the vehicle failed to respond when the accelerator pedal was depressed. The contact also stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle shook abnormally and shuddered. The contact stated that the check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to todd judy Ford East (7891 maccorkle ave SE, charleston, wv 25315) where it was diagnosed with the radiator needing to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The contact was informed that the vehicle was no longer under warranty. The failure mileage was approximately 120,000.
