The contact owns a 2013 Ford Focus. The contact stated that while driving at undisclosed speeds, the vehicle hesitated and shook abnormally while the accelerator pedal was depressed. The vehicle was taken to rochester Ford 4900 us-52, rochester, mn 55901, (507) 288-7564, where it was repaired nine times under warranty however, the failure persisted and the repairs were unknown. The manufacturer had been notified regarding the matter and offered no further assistance. The failure mileage was 45,084.
